Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

This policy explains why, and the limited situations where a refund may still happen. It is written in plain English.

Why all sales are final

Zaphia AI sells instant-access digital products ("AI Visibility Kits", downloadable PDF guides and templates). Once you complete checkout, you receive immediate access to download the files. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

EU and UK buyers: right of withdrawal waiver

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day "right of withdrawal" (a cooling-off period) to cancel a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right can be waived when you agree to start the download right away.

At checkout, you are asked to consent to immediate access to the digital content and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. This consent is captured at checkout. By completing your purchase, you provide that consent, and the sale becomes final.

Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for your purchase. Even though our policy is that all sales are final, Lemon Squeezy may, at its own discretion and under its own buyer terms, issue a refund in limited cases, such as:

  • Confirmed fraud or an unauthorized charge.
  • Resolving a payment dispute or chargeback.
  • Other situations required by Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms or applicable law.

Any such refund is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own policies, not by us.

If something is wrong with your download

We want you to actually get what you paid for. If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, please contact us first at hello@zaphia.ai before starting a dispute. Include your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a short description of the problem. We will work to fix it quickly, for example by resending the correct file or a working download link.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. This policy applies to the extent permitted by that law.
